Bookings and Payment
Full payment and the bond of $50 is required upon booking your package. Payment can be made via PayPal or bank deposit.

Collection/Delivery/Hire Period
Collection is in Dairy Flat here on Auckland’s Northshore. If you wish, I could deliver and collect before and after your event for an additional fee (call me for a quote 021 0299 1974). Hire periods are usually 3-4 days (pick up on Friday and drop off on Sunday or Monday) Note: Late returns outside of the agreed hire period will incur a late fee unless prior agreement has been made.

Damages/Breakages/Bond
There is a bond of $50 required upon booking your event and this will be fully refunded to you upon the return of all hired items within the agreed hire period. If there is further damage incurred in excess of the bond, I will charge the hirer. Note: Late returns will also incur a late fee unless prior agreement has been made.

Washing up
Please remember fine china is very delicate and can break much easier than durable everyday items. Please DO NOT put any items into the microwave, dishwasher or oven.

Please kindly rinse your items in lukewarm soapy water and repack with the bubble wrap that the items came in.

Cancellations
I understand that sometimes plans go belly up and cancellations do happen, but please note our cancellation policy as follows:

If you cancel with 30 days’ notice prior to the event a full refund will be made.

If you cancel with less than 14 days’ notice prior to the event 50% of the payment (not including the bond will be retained). 

Liability
Laying God’s Table accepts no responsibility for any damage, losses or injury caused by the use of any items hired from Laying God’s Table.
